Keki pure Japanese Matcha is a slightly higher grade of matcha than our Dangan Matcha, making it more suitable for enjoying the taste of matcha in it's own right. It's still ideal for adding to your shakes, Nutribullets and smoothies, However this matcha really comes into it's own for cakes, ice creams, desserts and baking where the flavour of the matcha becomes important. It also makes a great Matcha Latte
