We are confident that you will enjoy any of your purchases from Bohea Teas. If however, you are not entirely happy, you can return your goods in their original condition. (please note that if you are returning tea, the package must be unopened, we are not able to accept returns of opened tea) within 30 days for a refund (excluding delivery costs). The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the buyer. Please email us if you wish to return any goods, and retain proof of postage until we have contacted you to confirm receipt)
All our items are sent tracked. If they fail to arrive please contact us and we will check the status with the courier. In the unlikely event that they arrive damaged, please contact us straight away via email and send us a photograph of the damaged goods and the box it arrived in. Without evidence of the damaged goods we will not be able to offer a replacement.
