Produced in Anhui Province, China this is tea is carefully processed, so that the leaves resemble a green tea in shape, rather than the broken leaves found in other Keemun Teas. The resulting infusion has a sweet and delicate taste that lasts on the tongue.
Allow 3g per cup (150-200ml) and infuse for 3 minutes in freshly boiled water cooled to 90° C.
