Made from the finest blend of China teas, mixed with Ceylon, Darjeeling and Assam, producing a top quality and great tasting breakfast tea with a large even rolled leaf size, produced in the orthodox tradition. It has a full malty flavour with a bright and refreshing undertone.

Measure 1 heaped tsp of tea per cup (250ml) of water, and infuse for 3-5 minutes to taste in freshly boiled water

Makes a morning brew sing...

However deep you may have ventured into the wonderful world of tea, sometimes all you want is a traditional brew to start the day. But that's not to say it can't be interesting - and this Castlefield Breakfast is exactly that. I love a strong brew with a splash of milk to kick off the morning, but the assertive blend of ceylon and assam is pleasantly enhanced with a healthy dollop of darjeeling to create the kind of aromatic morning cuppa that the tea bag brigade can only dream of!
