The Castleton Estate was founded in 1885 and is located in Kurseong's South valley approximately one hour's drive from the town of Darjeeling. The estate ranges between approximately 900m - 2000m above sea level and consitently produces some of the finest examples of Darjeeling tea each year.This is a second flush black tea full of carefully selected tips, giving a deep and rich muscatel flavour.
Measure 1 heaped teaspoon per cup (250ml) and brew with water at 85-95° for 3 minutes or to taste.
