This a perfect mix of light plump and downy Silver Needle tea picked in April in China’s Fujian province, which is laid down for seven nights in August under a bed of Jasmine flowers to slowly absorb the beautiful taste and aroma from the Jasmine petals. Our tea is flavoured with Jasmine petals and nothing but Jasmine petals, producing a delightful light liquor with a bright floral scent
Measure one tablespoon per cup (150-200ml) of water and infuse in freshly boiled water cooled to 85-90° C. Can be brewed 3 times.
